The 107 Series Rotary Union (EMS — Easy Maintenance Series) features a durable brass and stainless steel construction with replaceable rotary and stationary seals. Designed for easy maintenance, it delivers reliable sealing, reduced downtime, and long-lasting performance in industrial applications.
The 107 Series Rotary Union (EMS — Easy Maintenance Series) features a durable brass and stainless steel construction with replaceable rotary and stationary seals. Designed for easy maintenance, it delivers reliable sealing, reduced downtime, and long-lasting performance across water, gas, hot oil, and steam applications from 1″ to 6″.
The 107 Series brings together everyday reliability features with the EMS maintenance advantage that sets it apart from a standard rotary union.
Available for different fluid transfer applications, whether a single slow or dual flow are required.
Provides flexible connection options for different machine configurations.
Made from a brass head and stainless steel housing combination for reliable and durable performance.
Seal kit can be changed without dismantling the rotary union from the machine, making maintenance quick and easy.
Springs are positioned outside the flow area to avoid pressure drops and turbulence.
Reduced turbulence helps minimize noise and vibrations during operation.
Different seal combinations are available for demanding and harsh water applications.
Both rotary and stationary seals are replaceable for easy maintenance and extended service life.
On a union sized 1″ to 6″, dismantling the whole assembly for a routine seal change is a significant chunk of planned — or unplanned — downtime. EMS was designed to remove that step entirely.
In a conventional rotary union, replacing a worn seal means disconnecting the union from its pipework and mounting, removing it from the machine, and reassembling it on a bench before reinstalling — a job that takes the connected line out of service for longer than the seal change itself requires.
The seal kit can be changed without dismantling the rotary union from the machine, making maintenance quick and easy. Replaceable rotary and stationary seals mean the union itself never has to leave its mounting — reducing downtime and keeping the connected pipework and machine interface undisturbed.
Beyond the EMS maintenance advantage, the 107 Series is built to drop into a wide range of machine configurations without forcing a redesign of the connection interface.
Made from a brass head and stainless steel housing combination for reliable and durable performance across water, gas, hot oil service.
Provides flexible connection options for different machine configurations, to ISO 228 (NPT / Metric) thread standard, with a flange-type quick release nipple.

Provides flexible connection options for different machine configurations, all to ISO 228 (NPT / Metric) thread standard.
Threaded or flanged radial connection to suit machine layouts where the pipework enters perpendicular to the rotor axis.
Threaded or flanged axial connection for in-line installations along the rotor axis.
A flange-type quick release nipple is available for fast disconnection during maintenance or machine changeover.
The EMS maintenance advantage, combined with a size range up to 6″ and a 210°C temperature ceiling, makes the 107 Series a practical fit across a broad span of industrial fluid transfer duty.
General industrial water and gas circuits running up to 15 bar, where EMS keeps routine seal maintenance from becoming a full union changeover.
Circuits running up to 210°C, where the brass and stainless steel construction holds up under sustained thermal service.
Demanding water conditions where a dedicated seal combination is specified to match the actual fluid quality in service.
Sizes from 1″ to 6″ where downtime during a seal change is costly enough that in-place maintenance is a genuine operational advantage.
